RETURN POLICY

Changes and returns
• Exchanges and returns are made within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a refund, there must be no signs that the product has been used repeatedly and if possible it must be returned in its original packaging. If there are tags they must be linked.
 
Return and exchange process
 
Email us at support@bafaluc.com or message us on social media with your order number and the product(s) you want to exchange or return.
 
Refunds
• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• The refund is made within 48 hours to the original payment method.
• If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return and exchange costs are deducted from the total refund amount.
 
Cost of returns
The cost for returns and changes is €2.55 for Cyprus and €5.95 for Greece.

Mission

• To return your product, you must post your product to: 8 Ithakis, 1056, Nicosia, Cyprus

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, unless it is damaged due to our fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the product ordered is damaged or other products than what you ordered have been sent.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
 
Non-returnable items
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing through no fault of ours.
• Any item is returned when 30 days have passed since delivery.
